Here is a selection of some of our stunning cakes. Each one is made and decorated by hand at our Swedish Bakehouse in Northbridge. The recipes have been perfected over 50 years, including our Princess Cake which has achieved cult-like status and thousands of adoring fans.

If you haven't tried our Vanilla Slice yet, you're missing out! The layer of raspberry jam really takes this Aussie favourite to the next level. One customer recently said "It's the best thing to ever happen in my life!"

If you visit us before 11am you can enjoy a Morning Special; consisting of tea or coffee plus your choice of a Cinnamon Bun, Danish or Muffin of the Day.
