I had afternoon tea with my mum today at the Midland store. I would just like to say how much I appreciated the helpfulness & friendliness of a staff member called Bianca.
When we made our order initially there weren’t any tables available & Bianca immediately offered us water while we were waiting & watched intently for a table to become available (we only had to wait for a few minutes) and then we were ushered to the table, which was immediately cleared & cleaned and our order was served promptly. The cakes and tea were as usual very fresh & delicious. - Alison
