Credit Card Purchases

Credit card transactions made on the Miss Maud website will result in your credit card being immediately processed through an ANZ payment gateway and if successful, your card will be charged for the full amount (or variance amount for orders being edited). Any cancellation refunds or variance charges that result in a partial refund will be made to the credit card used to place the orginal order (refunds are processed immediately by the payment gateway but take between 3-5 days to appear in the credit card account).

If you choose to accept the "Remember my card time next time" option your credit card details are not kept by Miss Maud but encrypted and held securely by ANZ Bank, however you will still be required to provide your card's CVV number for any subsequent transactions.

Personal Information collection

It is Miss Maud's usual practice to collect personal information directly from you, for example when you place a catering order, make a hotel or restaurant booking, participate in a promotion or apply for a job.  The information collected is directly related to these purposes, and can be collected via, but not limited to, our website, emails, phone, instore surveys and personal contact.  Personal information may be held in electronic and hard copy form and could include things such as your name, image, date of birth, phone number(s), postal address, email address and other contact details.  The type of information we collect from you depends on your interaction with us.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transers to your computer's hard drive for record keeping purposes.  This unique identifier helps us understand what our customers find interesting and useful on our websites.  Data collected from websites remains anonymous.  No personal information is maintained which might identify an individual should they visit our website later.
