Traineeship
Thirty years after first introducing cakes, coffee and smörgåsbords to Perth, Miss Maud is now a household name and has maintained a commitment to developing the skills of West Australians by offering Hospitality Certificates and the Miss Maud Management Cadetship Program.
The Miss Maud Academy of Hospitality Arts is designed to continually lift the standards, confidence and capabilities of our hospitality trainees.
Trainees will receive a Certificate in Hospitality Operations (II and III), a nationally accredited qualification that covers diverse areas from food presentation, personal presentation and customer service to guidance on the relationship between the kitchen and front-of-house.
Miss Maud Training Teaches the Sweet Art of Hospitality! Miss Maud currently employs over 400 staff who help in serving, on average, 60,000 customers each week and its round-the-clock bake house offers more than 150 products created by 26 pastry chefs and bakers and their support team.
