Breakfast is... fresh fruits in season; variety of creamy yoghurts; Miss Maud's Swedish muesli; assorted cereals; freshly baked croissants; decadent Danishes, fine pastries & muffins; home-baked continental breads;

Grilled Waroona bacon; chipolata sausages; Swedish hash browns; eggs sunny-side up or scrambled; grilled tomato smothered in Swiss cheese and chives;

Light pancakes served with fruits of the forest, lemon wedges and whipped cream; continental cold cuts; local & imported cheeses; crispy crackers; Miss Maud fine coffee, a selection of teas, rich 'n' creamy.

Lunch is... creamy soup of the day and hearty consommé served with freshly baked Swedish bread & real butter; the freshest seafood, including King prawns, mussels, Swedish herring, caviar, seafood salad, expertly carved tender roast;
