About the Restaurant

In 1971 I introduced Perth to the Swedish Smörgåsbord. Tables groaning with all kinds of delicacies that would tempt and delight every taste. I insisted then, as I do now, that only the freshest and best quality foods be served from my table. With over 60 dishes to savour and enjoy, we have become famous for our gastronomic extravagance and our warm and friendly hospitality.
