Handy Hints for Online Ordering
The following Handy Hints will help make your online shopping experience all the more easier:

If you are trying to view the "more details" link for an item and nothing happens when you click the image, make sure your Pop Up Blocker is turned off. |

Online orders can be made to all Miss Maud Stores. You select your nearest store when you complete your order, via the shopping cart page. There is also a link at the top of the panel on the left to help you find your nearest outlet. |

DELIVERY COSTS - Delivery costs will be discussed with you by the store, once they contact you to confirm your order. Cost will vary based on size of order and distance from delivery to the selected outlet. |

CANCELLING your order - This must be done at least 24 hours before the order is due for pickup/delivery and you must contact the store direct via telephone to cancel the order. |

| This procedure should fix the following problems:
a) There's no "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart. b) Items aren't adding to the shopping cart.
Follow these steps:
1. Click "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Privacy" -> "Sites" 2. Type www.missmaud.com.au 3. Click "Allow" 4. Click "ok" 5. Click "ok"
You then need to close and re-open your internet browser for the changes to take effect.
