FAQs and Shopping Info

 
 
We hope the following will answer some of your questions regarding online shopping with Miss Maud, but call us if you would like to discuss your requirements personally.
 
 

Q. When should I place my order - and can you deliver?

A. Catering Platters are available through all Miss Maud stores - orders should be placed by 4pm the day before required.   You can pick-up your order from the Miss Maud location you select in the checkout process, or we can arrange delivery.

 

Q. What are the DELIVERY COSTS?

A. Delivery costs will be discussed with you by the store, once they contact you to confirm your order. Cost will vary based on size of order and distance from the selected Miss Maud outlet to your delivery point.

 

Q. How do I make my selections?

A. To make your selections from our Catering Platter range, click a link on the left panel and then add items to your shopping cart - easy and convenient!

 

Q.  I can see the items, but the price doesn't show

A. Some products have additional delicious options available - once selected, the price will be updated to show the full cost of the item. 

 

Q. I can't view More Details?

A. If you are trying to view the "more details" link for an item and nothing happens when you click the image, make sure your browsers 'Pop Up Blocker' is turned off.

 

Q. Where is my the 'Nearest Outlet'?

A. There is a link at the top of the panel on the left hand side of the screen to help you find your nearest outlet. (Online orders can be made to all Miss Maud Stores. You select your nearest store when you complete your order, via the shopping cart page.)

 
Q. How do I finalise my order?

A. Click on the Shopping Cart link in the top right corner.  This will commence the process to finalise your order.  Choose whether to Login or Skip the Login.  You will then proceed to inputting all details regarding your order:  Location, time required, pickup or delivery etc.

 

Q. How do I CANCEL an order I have already placed?

A. This must be done at least 24 hours before the order is due.

To cancel online orders placed through your login account, click on the 'My Account' link, in the panel across the top of the page, then click on the "My Orders" link, in the panel that appears on the left of the page, to view/cancel your order.

To cancel online orders where you have skipped the login process, please call the Miss Maud store direct.

 

Q. How much should I order for my party/gathering?

A. We have prepared some suggested menus to give you an idea of the quantities to order so that you can cater successfully for different size gatherings. Click here to view our menu suggestions page.

 
Problems with the Shopping Cart??

 

This procedure should fix the following problem:

"Items aren't adding to the shopping cart."

Follow these steps:

1. Click "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Privacy" -> "Sites"
2. Type www.missmaud.com.au
3. Click "Allow"
4. Click "ok"
5. Click "ok"

You then need to close and re-open your internet browser for the changes to take effect.
