We hope the following will answer any questions you may have about our catering services. If you're still wondering, contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Placing your online order request
To get started, choose from our range of delicious options listed down the left-hand side of our Online Ordering page.
You can order anytime 24/7 up to 4 weeks in advance.
For Monday orders: Place orders no later than 4pm the Saturday before
For Tuesday - Saturday orders: Place orders no later than 4pm the day before
You'll receive an email to let you know that your order has been received. Our store staff will then contact you within two hours of placing your order to confirm details and answer any questions you may have, including your delivery requirements.
IMPORTANT: If you don't receive a confirmation call or email from us within TWO HOURS, please phone the store direct quoting your Order Number.
Orders placed oustide standard office hours: If the store receives your order outside standard office hours, the store staff will call you when the store re-opens to confirm your order.

Delivery or Pick-up
For ease and convenience, we can arrange Delivery to your venue. Delivery costs will be confirmed by the store when they call to confirm your order request.
We always work to ensure your catering arrives by your required time but to allow for unforeseen problems or traffic delays, we request a delivery window of 30 minutes.
Alternatively, you can pick-up your order from the Miss Maud location you select in the checkout process.

Please call to place orders for Sundays and public holidays
Orders for Sundays can be arranged through Miss Maud Pastry Shop on Murray Street (phone 9325 3900) and Miss Maud Carillon City (phone 9321 8942). Public Holiday orders can be arranged by Miss Maud Pastry Shop (phone 9325 3900).
IMPORTANT: Please allow 3 days notice for Sunday and Public Holiday orders; if your order is for a long weekend, please call the store to confirm.

Platter presentation, complimentary Napkins with every order
Our catering platter range is beautifully presented on purpose-designed packaging ensuring your catering arrives in perfect condition, ready-to-serve. Platters measure 25x45cm, and make for very easy clean-up after your event!
Complimentary napkins are provided with every catering platters order.

Cancelling an online order
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before required, after logging in, via "My Account", then go to "My Orders".
To cancel all other orders, please contact your Miss Maud store direct.

Technical problems?

Q. How do I finalise my order?
A. Click on the "Checkout" button in the "My Cart" area (top left corner of the page). Then, either Login (if you hav created a shopping login before) or create a Shopping Login (all the items in your cart will remain there after you have created a login). You will then proceed to inputting all details regarding your order: Location, time required, pickup or delivery etc.

Q. I can see the items, but the price doesn't show
A. Some products have additional delicious options available - once selected, the price will be updated to show the full cost of the item.

Q. I can't view More Details?
A. If you are trying to view the "more details" link for an item and nothing happens when you click the image, make sure your browsers 'Pop Up Blocker' is turned off.

Problems with the Shopping Cart??
|

This procedure should fix the following problem:
- "Items aren't adding to the shopping cart."
- Follow these steps:
- 1. Click "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Privacy" -> "Sites"
- 2. Type www.missmaud.com.au
- 3. Click "Allow"
- 4. Click "ok"
- 5. Click "ok"
- You then need to close and re-open your internet browser for the changes to take effect.
