Do I need relevant Industry experience?

Often, relevant industry experience is required to be successful in our management and supervisory roles.

However, for some roles, your drive and focus on achieving goals, high-energy attitude, time management and organisational skills, combined with generic experience (eg customer service, leading a team, achieving sales targets, rostering to budgets etc) will make you an excellent candidate.
