Cadetship Programme

At Miss Maud we have a structured Cadetship Programme.  Those completing the Cadetship Programme are trained in all levels of the managing of a Miss Maud Pastry House.  On successfully completing the Cadetship the participant will be ready to become a Store Manager. 

The objective of the Miss Maud Cadetship Programme is to;

"Invest in committed, enthusiastic and talented employees. We do this by recognising and developing the skills, behaviours and management potential of our career path cadets.  We offer a structured programme that exposes cadets to all facets of the business and provides opportunity for career advancement within the Miss Maud Group."
