By placing an order for purchase of gift cards via this website ("Order") you are agreeing to the terms conditions set out below. 


1.      Gift cards become subject to the Gift Card Use Terms and Conditions upon activation, which are available at

2.      Your gift card will expire 24 months from the date of issue. Unused value will not be refunded.


1.    You may place an Order by selecting the item under Vouchers at Shop Online at

2.    Gift Card Orders will be deemed to have been received by Miss Maud at the time Miss Maud staff telephones you to confirm details.

3.    Each Order (once accepted) represents a separate Agreement incorporating the terms of that Order, including these terms and conditions.

4.    All deliveries are subject to approval of online payment.  Orders for gift vouchers placed on business days between the hours of 9am-3pm (Australian WST) are generally processed within 24 hours.  Purchases outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays may take up to 48 hours to process.

5.    A minimum value of $10 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded on each Gift Card.  You may place an Order for up to 50 Gift Cards in one Order, with a total value not exceeding $10,000.  We may change the minimum and maximum amounts that can be loaded onto a Gift Card from time to time at our sole discretion. To purchase more than 50 Gift Cards or a total value exceeding $10,000 in value please contact our Service Centre on 9328 9611.

6.    Miss Maud reserves the right to not accept Orders, including those that request commercial quantities of gift cards. If Miss Maud is unable to supply your total Order it will endeavour to contact you to discuss whether you wish to proceed with the part of the Order.

7.    Miss Maud reserves the right to cancel any Order at any time, without notice, for any reason.

8.    In event of a cancelled Order, any payments processed by Miss Maud will be promptly refunded.

9.    Customers who wish to cancel an Order must immediately notify Miss Maud on 9328 9611 during business hours. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.  Miss Maud will endeavour to process cancellation request where possible, but will not be liable for any failure to do so.

10.  You acknowledge that the Internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, insecure marketplace.  At times the Website may not be available, or Orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control.  In these circumstances Miss Maud accepts no responsibility.  Miss Maud does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk and Miss Maud is not responsible while such information is in transit.  The Australian Government has published additional information about protecting yourself in online transactions. 1.    Payment for online orders is to be made by Visa, MasterCard or Corporate Account only.  Our staff member will phone you to finalise the purchase process described on the Website

2.    Miss Maud will then process payment for your Order, plus any postage charges.

3.    You authorise Miss Maud to debit the Total Amount from your nominated charge card or credit card.

4.    If your nominated charge card or credit card is declined by your financial institution, Miss Maud will not be required to fulfil the Order, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

5.    Miss Maud may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by charge card or credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and may not contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed.


1.    Gift Cards are available for delivery only within Australia. All Orders are delivered via Australia Post Express Post, to a nominated residential or business address at an additional charge as detailed in the online shop.

2.    Gift Cards ordered online are posted using the services of Australia Post.  Miss Maud will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect or incomplete delivery of payment information submitted by the purchaser.  Any issues regarding delivery of Gift Cards ordered should be referred to Miss Maud Service Centre directly on 9328 9611.

3.    Miss Maud will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery or for any lost or misdirected Gift Cards, including any Gift Cards lost or misdirected in the mail.

4.    Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon dispatch of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.
