"On June 9 at 12 noon we celebrated my birthday by having lunch at your Restaurant - the reservation and luncheon was a gift from a friend. We would just like to let you know that we enjoyed an excellent meal - as always - and the service accorded to my husband and myself was most attentive. In particular we would like to mention Teresa who looked after our every wish, that is not to say that the other staff were not also courteous and attentive, but Teresa seemed to take particular interest knowing it was my birthday, and of course the table had special birthday balloons!! I felt really spoiled and pampered. Thank you once again for an excellent celebration. My husband and I have spent all of our 'special' occasions at your Restaurant, in fact when we were married in July 2004 we had spent the weekend at your Hotel as well as entertaining a few of our friends to Dinner in the evening and so it has become a favourite place for us. May your restaurant continue, successfully into the future."
