The warm hospitality of Miss Maud has earned praise and industry awards for more than three decades with the group’s innovations and customer friendly service again acknowledged when its Miss Maud Swedish Pastry House Belmont was chosen as Best Retailer in the 2006 Belmont Small Business Awards.
Ms Maud Edmiston, CEO and namesake of the Miss Maud group said that Belmont’s manager, Vicki Rae and her team had a commitment to service that was appreciated by customers and it was this dedication that was at the heart of the company’s award-winning brand of hospitality.
She said that training at Miss Maud was designed to empower staff so they could understand and appreciate customer needs and it was these skills and the friendly attitude of staff that ensured customer satisfaction.
The award recognises the group’s commitment to satisfying its customers and its dedication to continually refining its offerings to meet changing lifestyles.
