These delicious rich and moist Tortas are a skillful and gentle blending of the finest flavours - Chocolate sponge with delicate layers of Chocolate, Kirsch and Cherry Butter Cream, topped with Marzipan, finely coated with Chocolate Ganache and beautifully decorated with white and dark chocolate. A true masterpiece!
